4. Shipping Policy

Bigfoot Tattoo Products is not responsible for any additional charges imposed by customs, carriers, or government agencies, including but not limited to taxes, duties, tariffs, brokerage fees, or import fees. These costs are not included in the purchase price or shipping fees and are the sole responsibility of the customer. Any refusal to pay such charges resulting in the return of a shipment may incur additional costs, which will also be the responsibility of the customer.

4.1 Free Shipping Threshold

We are pleased to offer free shipping on orders over $99 CAD within Canada/USA and for international shipments. Please note that orders to other countries do not qualify for free shipping outside of North America. Additionally, certain orders may incur extra shipping charges, such as those for overweight items, rural areas, or international delivery. We reserve the right to adjust orders to reflect any extra shipping fees if the order does not meet the specified free shipping threshold.

4.2 Limited Liability for Packages

All shipments are subject to the shared responsibilities of the customer and the designated shipping carrier (such as UPS or Canada Post) from the moment the package is collected from Bigfoot. While we are committed to aiding in the process of package claims, it is important to note that we are not accountable for the reimbursement or replacement of shipments that are lost or stolen.

Once your order leaves our warehouse, we cannot be held responsible for any issues that may arise during the shipping process.

4.2.1 Temperature Sensitivity Notice

AS A REMINDER: Products exposed to cold temperatures below freezing should not be opened for a period of 6-12 hours after receipt. This allows them to warm up to room temperature. Items opened while still frozen will not be covered under warranty.

4.3 Shipping Cut-Off Time and Processing

To ensure timely processing, please note that our shipping cut-off time is 3:00 PM CST. Orders received before this cut-off time will be processed on the same day. If your order is received after the cut-off time, it will be processed on the next business day. Your order will then be shipped the next business day after processing.

This policy allows us to efficiently handle orders and minimize any potential delays in shipping. Please keep in mind that delivery times may vary based on the shipping service you choose during the checkout process.

4.5 Order Verification and Reporting

Once an order has been delivered, it becomes the customer's responsibility to verify the contents of the order. Any discrepancies must be reported to our sales team within 7 days of package delivery.

All damaged, missing, or warranty items must be reported within 7 days via our online request form, which can be found on our website.
